So you have a little knee pain. Over the last few weeks its been getting worse and you have no idea what is causing it as you haven’t done anything to aggravate it. Or maybe you over did it in a fitness class or on a long walk or hike. Either way you have pain and you want rid of it.
But you are lost as to what exercises to do.
I have set out 5 basic exercsies to help resolve your knee pain and get your back walking again.
But remember if you want ot go running you may need some more advanced exercises.

About 10 reps of each exercises with moderate weight 5-10kg should help

- Split Lunges
- Lateral Lunges
- Calf Raises
- Hip Thrusters
