A big thank you to Lee for his help with a niggling shoulder/neck and Achilles injury. Through a combination of physio and a range of clear & adaptable strengthening exercises, both injuries have fully resolved. Great service. I suffered an injury from running so I booked a consultation with Conor where he diagnosed and treated the injury in the clinic and gave me a rehab programme to work with. After two visits and working with the programme I was back to normal within a month.

Excellent clinic with excellent practitioners.
Did a rehab after a knee arthroscopy from Sep to Dec '23 with ReSync.
Lee was great in tailoring the program after my needs and goals, showing patience and providing guidance along the way.

Was able to work with Diarmuid recently having suffered multiple injuries throughout the years. Diarmuid expertly assessed me and was able to find out why I have been experiencing the pain issues for so long. Been to many physios over the years most were waste of time and money due to only treating symptoms and not the root cause. Would give Diarmuid and his team 5 stars. Great facility too.

I've been attending ReSync for a niggling lower back injury and Lee has been amazing. He is very patient and dedicated, and through a combination of physio and strength training, I'm now fully recovered and equipped with the right exercises and techniques to hopefully prevent a similar injury in the future. Aside from the effectiveness of the treatment, I also found Lee to be really kind and empathetic, but he also had the ability to know when, and how far to push me, in order to achieve my objectives. I was looking for a physio to sort ongoing back,neck and shoulder issues and I wanted a modern place that would provide a more complete solution. I am delighted with Resync. I did 6 sessions with Aliyah and it was excellent. I now have a focused workout plan,better posture, learned lots of new exercises and with the backup support,the app and WhatsApp videos it was exactly what I needed. I was really happy with my experience at Resync Physiotherapy. I would highly recommend Aliyah, very professional, courteous , friendly and amazing at what she does and a great aftercare service checking in to see how I was doing. The exercises and therapy I was given have really helped me in every aspect.
