Our main focus in this age group is to capitalise on their growth to develop a robust athlete with the necessary movement skills and competencies. These are essential skills that these athletes must hon in on in order to improve performance and prevent injury.

Our clinic has gold standard equipment used by professional teams to assess an athlete's power speed and reactive ability. The essential qualities required to run and change direction can be assessed in a clinic.
