Physiotherapy – Strength and Conditioning – Health and Performance Coaching

The hybrid rehabilitation model is a multidisciplinary team approach to patient care incorporating physiotherapy with strength and conditioning and health and performance coaching to help our patients get out of pain and stay out of pain. Recent scientific evidence has shown us that combining physiotherapy with strength training results in long-lasting pain relief and reduced re-injury rates, along with reduction in joint stiffness and improvements in energy levels and cardiovascular fitness.

The hybrid model incorporates:

  1. Physiotherapy to manage the acute stages and promote recovery and the natural healing process.
  2. Strength and Conditioning to restore strength and build resilience to prevent re injury.
  3. Coaching to educate you on correct exercise technique and design a personal exercise program.
