This is inherently directly related to the number of hours they may spend sitting either at school at home or during hobbies such as reading, computer games and other Artistic hobbies.

The most common times we see children are 3-4 weeks after the new school term starts.

WHY?

This is because their activities levels suddenly spike when they return to multiple school sports, P.E and club training. So naturally enough this is a common time where our team are at hand to help. Common issues we need to address are: STRENGTH – MUSCLE TIGHTNESS- RUNNING MECHANICS
