Words from The ReSync Clinical Director
“A lot of hard work has gone into our clinic over the last 3 years as we have expanded from a one room clinic to 3 room clinics with a fully equipped gym. With that in mind I was wondering, well how are we doing as a company. What standards do we need to adhere to? It was then I came across the All-Star Business Awards. It’s a great honour to be awarded the highest standard in the Business All Star Foundation” our clinical director, Diarmuid Hegarty, said.
The All-Star awards provides reassurance and confidence to new customers that the brand they are choosing has been individually assessed and meets the standards require to become a Business All Star.
The All Star Business Foundation Awards Process
The initial process to become accredited took almost 2 weeks to fill out the application forms and have them reviewed. The first step to accreditation was in the form of an interview to get a feel for our physio clinic and see if our ethos aligned with what the foundation was looking for in a Business All Star.
From there we were asked to put forward, one staff member, two customers and one supplier for a interview to establish how our business interacted with customers staff and suppliers.
“We were confident that our customers would be satisfied with our service as it is the biggest area we try to stand out in by going above and beyond to help people achieve the very best outcomes on our treatment programs. On the other hand our team had expanded rapidly this year, so I put a team member who had been with us 3 months, just to get a fresh overview of how we are operating and provide an honest account of not only our service but how the team is being managed. Thankfully, we received top marks from customers, staff and suppliers” said a relieved Diarmuid.
Independent Assessment And Making The A Grade
Finally, the entire application interview and reviews are put forward to Deloitte to independently assess the company and award the grade.
“In a large shock we came out with 92 points out of 100, which I was extremely happy and proud of. I had a feeling we did well, but I didn’t expect the end mark to be as high as it was… It’s an extreme confidence boost to our brand to know that we are doing the right things and have achieved so much in our short life span, and ensure this trend continues into 2021 and beyond”
