WHY RESYNC

Over years of learning about the human body on 4 different continents Diarmuid (Clinical Director) felt a new era of physiotherapy was dawning.

As medical technologies advanced physiotherapy clinics failed to grow with the new theories and so the physiotherapy profession was failing to give the results and pain relief that you deserve.

THE NEW ERA OF PHYSIOTHERAPY

Our aim is to help people learn more about their body. Often the most intense pain is not caused by a damaged ligament joint or bone but a disconnect between the nervous system and a limb or muscle that has avoided being used in order to protect itself.

The internet has helped to spread new information fast and wide over the last 20 years. It has become easier to access and digest information than ever before. ReSync Physiotherapy has harnessed all of this new information and ensured that all our staff are trained in areas, vital to helping them to understand how the human body works. This allows us to to provide you with the very best treatment and rehab programs.

RE-ESTABLISHING THAT CONNECTION IS KEY TO SUCCESSFULLY RESYNCING.

REDESIGN YOUR BODY TO WORK FOR YOU, BECOME YOUR BODIES OWN ARCHITECT.

MEET THE TEAM

Hazel was brilliant. First time going to the physio and she helped so much, went through everything in detail and follow up was great. Would highly recommend!

Rebecca Harlow

Really easy booking service with great availability of appointments all day – thank you. Excellent patient care with impressive attention to detail and follow up care, making me feel like I was their number 1 priority. Thank you Peter for getting me back playing for my tournament ahead of schedule – really appreciate it!

Claire Bergin

They were great. I saw Conor and he took the time to listen to me and explain the different aspects of my injury, making sure I knew how to recover and prevent it from occurring again. He was also happy to give advice on other parts of my training routine for further injury prevention, and though I hopefully won’t be injured, would go back again. I also really liked the novel payment program that allows you to book a series of sessions up front.

Ruairi Short

Diarmuid was very quick in diagnosing the root cause of my injury and his advice and exercises have ensured I’ve managed my injury successfully while maintaining a high level of performance
