Physiotherapy that gets you out of pain, then keeps you out of pain
If you’ve seen other physios and you’re still in pain, you don’t need another generic session and a sheet of exercises.
We start with a detailed assessment to work out what’s going on. Then we build you back to full strength with coached, in-clinic rehab, so you can return to training, sport, and normal life without the fear of it flaring up again.

Our WHY
Most people can get temporary pain relief for other physiotherapists
The hard part is staying out of pain, because the injured area is often not strong enough to handle what you ask of it, especially if you play sport.
That’s why our model is simple:
- Physio: assess, diagnose, reduce pain, restore movement
- Rehab: build strength and endurance so the problem stops returning
- Performance: if sport matters, we make sure your body is strong enough to handle your sporting demands
We don’t send you home guessing
A lot of clinics give you rehab exercises on sheet of paper or some even give you access to an app but they send you home to do them on your own.
Most people do not know if they’re doing them correctly, or what they should be feeling.
We do the exercises with you in clinic, with coaching, so you’re feeling what the exercises should be like, not hoping your doing them right.
We combine physiotherapy with coached rehabilitation under one roof
Treatment is not just hands-on work. It is physiotherapy plus strength and conditioning style rehab.
We built the clinic so you can do both.
Taking out the guesswork
We have invested heavily in equipment from VALD that helps us assess your strengths and your weaknesses so there is no guesswork just a targeted approach to your recovery.
Getting out of pain is not the finish line.
Getting out of pain is the easy part.
Staying out of pain is the problem.
Who it’s for
This clinic is for you if:
- you’ve tried physio before and the problem keeps coming back
- you’re still in pain and you want clarity, not another guess
- you play sport (GAA soccer rugby basketball tennis, running, gym) and you want to get back to that
- you want rehab that is coached and structured, not “do these at home”
Services
Physiotherapy
Assessment and diagnosis, pain reduction, movement improvement, and a clear plan.
Rehab
Once symptoms settle, we rebuild strength and control so you can stay pain-free and return to sport and life.
Performance
If you want to play better, move better, or reduce injury risk, we build on your rehab and focus on the demands of your sport.
What happens first
- We listen to the full story, including what you’ve tried and what failed
- We assess in detail and explain what we think is happening
- We outline the next steps: physio-only, or physio plus rehab in-clinic
- You leave with a clear plan, not uncertainty
“I’m nervous. I’ve spent a lot of money and I’m not better.”
That’s exactly why we start with assessment and a plan.
The goal is to stop wasting your time and money on generic treatment, and build a route back to full function.
If we cant help you we get you access to MRI’s Sports Medicine Doctors and Surgeon who will be able to help you.
Frequently asked questions
I’ve seen loads of physios. Can you still help?
We often see people who have tried other treatment and are still in pain. Our approach is assessment first, then coached rehab to rebuild strength and capacity.
What’s the difference between physio and rehab?
Physio is assessment, diagnosis, symptom control, and getting you moving without pain. Rehab is building strength and control so you can return to activity and stay there.
Do you just give me exercises to do at home?
No. We coach the rehab part of the process in clinic, so you know what you’re doing and you progress properly.
I play sport. Is this relevant for me?
Yes. Pain settling is not the same as being ready to Run, sprint, lift, or train. Rehab bridges that gap.
I’ve tried loads of physios. Why would this be different?
Because we don’t stop at pain relief. We build the strength and control needed to return to sport and stay there, and we coach it in-clinic so it’s done properly.
Do I need an MRI?
Sometimes. If symptoms and testing suggest it we can refer you for an MRI or to see a surgeon.
How long will it take?
Depends on how long it’s been there, your goals, and how much strength/control you’ve lost. We’ll give a better idea after the assessment.
