Meet Tadhg – Specialist Physiotherapist for Injury Rehabilitation & Performance Recovery

Tadhg is a highly experienced Physiotherapist with a strong background in both elite sport and general musculoskeletal rehabilitation. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and a Master’s in Sports and Exercise Medicine, bringing over seven years of hands-on experience to the Resync Physiotherapy team.

Since qualifying in 2018, Tadhg has worked across a wide spectrum of settings—from professional sports environments to private practice. His sports career includes roles with Scotland Rugby U-18s, Dunfermline Athletic FC, The DHL Stormers Rugby Academy, South Africa U20s World Cup squad, and the South African Rugby Sevens team. Most recently, he served as Lead Physiotherapist for the Irish Women’s Rugby Team. In addition to elite athletes, Tadhg has also worked extensively with GAA and rugby players throughout Ireland.

Beyond his sports credentials, Tadhg is equally passionate about helping members of the general population recover from injury, reduce pain, and return to full, confident movement. Whether you’re managing a recurring back issue, recovering post-surgery, or aiming to get back to regular training, Tadhg tailors his approach to your specific goals and lifestyle.

His treatment style combines evidence-based physiotherapy, exercise rehabilitation, and injury prevention strategies—designed to support long-term health, not just short-term fixes.
