Rob is an experienced Coach with 6+ Years working in both group S&C and One to One Coaching.
Unlike most coaches who go down the nutrition route, Rob studied pain science, neurology and biomechanics extensively to ensure he could rehab clients who suffered from pain in the gym, on the field or in their day to day lives.
Rob’s extensive experience in Personal Training mixed with his knowledge and application of rehab science has seen him successfully coach 100s of clients back to healthy, confident pain free living.
Rob loves Dogs and Hiking and his favourite food is Mexican.
