Rob is a highly experienced Strength & Conditioning Coach with over six years of hands-on coaching in both group settings and one-to-one environments. His approach goes far beyond traditional training—Rob has extensively studied pain science, neurology, and biomechanics to better understand how the body moves, heals, and adapts.

Rather than taking the common route of focusing on nutrition, Rob chose to specialize in the science of pain and movement. This unique focus allows him to effectively coach clients recovering from injuries or dealing with chronic discomfort—whether it’s in the gym, on the field, or in everyday life.

Rob’s blend of personal training experience and deep rehab knowledge has helped hundreds of clients rebuild strength, restore confidence, and return to pain-free living.
