Lee Sherlock

Clinical Lead

Lee is a musculoskeletal injury specialist, having received a BSc. (Hons) in Athletic Therapy and Training from Dublin City University. He specialises in the assessment, treatment and prevention of acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries. In addition to this, Lee also has passion for Athletic Performance and Strength and Conditioning, specialising in assisting people unlocking their full athletic potential. Lee is currently undertaking an MSc Strength and Conditioning from St Marys Univeristy UK

His interest in GAA also led to him being part of a research team investigating injury rates in LGFA and Camogie Referees, which was later published in the Irish Medical
Journal.

Lee provides an evidence-based approach in the treatment of all injuries by highlighting the improtance of exercise rehabilitation, injury prevention and reconditioning muscles post injury.
