Why should you join us?
We follow the traditional Pilates method but incorporate contemporary thinking about rehabilitation and athletic performance to enhance the exercises. This keeps the workouts fresh and allows us to modify the class to suit your ability. During the course, we will focus on using our breathing to help you move through a range for both body and mind.
These classes will leave you feeling strong and energised. Movements can be made more accessible or challenging depending on the participant’s level. Small equipment (bands, balls and small weights) are sometimes used to add a different focus. Classes are kept small, with a maximum of 6-8 clients. You will benefit from the guidance of our instructors in a safe and supportive environment.
We welcome complete beginners, improvers and those at an intermediate level. It doesn’t matter if you have never participated in a pilates class before – we can guide you through it!

Our instructors are STOTT PILATES trained. They have also expanded their training and knowledge through courses and workshops with APPI (Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute), BASI Pilates, and UCD.
STOTT Pilates exercises improve core strength and balance the muscles around the joints, improving how your body functions, looks and feels. The Five Basic Principles focus on the following:
