How does it work?
The beliefs around TCM are centered upon qi (Chi). According to TCM, Qi is an energy source that flows throughout our bodies. When there is a disturbance or blockage in the Qi flow, it results in pain or disease.
Qi flows through the body in rivers called meridians. Needles are placed along these meridians in places which are best suited to restore the flow of qi based on the patients symptoms.
